Return Policy for Clothing

We offer returns for all clothing items purchased on www.fit-legacy.nl. When you receive an item, we ask that you handle it with care while trying it on and ensure that any security seals or tags remain intact. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Please note that all return costs are at your expense. Please contact us first at info@fit-legacy.nl , stating your order number and the reason for your return.

Received Wrong Item

We apologize if you accidentally received the wrong item. This is rare and we aim to resolve this as quickly as possible. To receive a refund or replacement, you must return the item within 30 days of receipt in the same condition as you received it.

Damaged or Defective Items

We apologise if you have received a damaged or faulty item. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at info@fit-legacy.nl with details of the fault. We will advise you on the next steps. Our faulty returns policy respects your statutory rights.

Item Not Received

Our apologies if you have not received your item. This is rare and we aim to resolve this as quickly as possible. Please contact info@fit-legacy.nl within 14 days of the expected date of receipt to receive your item.

Conditions for your return shipment

As a private customer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal. This means that you will get your money back if you are not satisfied. The product may not be used more than necessary to assess it. If the product has been used more, we may charge a fee for depreciation. All attachments and packaging material must be returned.

The returned product must be sent in its original packaging, well packed in a sturdy outer packaging. You are responsible for any damage during transport. You are also responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns are allowed within 30 days of delivery. We will refund you within 30 days of receiving your return.

Costs for Returning Items

We will only refund the shipping costs for returning an item if we sent you the wrong item or if the item is damaged or defective. We will not refund the shipping costs for items that are found to be in good condition. The shipping costs for returning the item to you will depend on the item and will be communicated after the testing process has been completed.
